Quiet Morning

I start out this morning on the campus of Southern Oregon University…

A sea of color welcomes me to the day!

The early morning sun is just coming up, and the night lights are still on in the campus buildings…

A sculpture stretches as the morning arrives…

Walking into town, I pass alongside this place of hope…

High above an alleyway, I am greeted by this logo…

For people in Ashland, and all over the West, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival is one of the things we most look forward to experiencing again!

My walk ends in our front yard. A young fawn is looking intently, almost bouncing on cloven hooves.

He sees our stately neighbor, Humphrey the cat. “What… is that?”
