This morning, I’m resting a slightly injured leg… So, after the shortest of walks, I have just one picture to share, with a few thoughts that come to mind.

When first I look at this scene, I wonder is it of cacophony or cooperation?
It could be so many different individuals, each competing for the limelight…
“Hey, Look at me… I have the most stunning color!”
“No! It is I to whom you must turn… I have the perfect light!”
“What are you thinking? I’m right in the center… not to be missed!”
Thinking about our present circumstance, this could be each one fighting for its own particular bit of limelight.
Then, it occurs to me that this is a group, creating a picture, each a contributor…
“You’d look great here!”
“Hey, you two just fit next to each other!”
“I know red pops, but green provides context!”
It may be simply that wholeness emerges more readily from cooperation.
Thanks for joining me again for my morning glimpses. I promise to fill them with beauty and to keep the narrative blessedly short.
Until the next time…
Grace, peace, and love to you,
Art Mills
So sorry about the leg injury. It’s rare something keeps you down, but those bones and joints can sure do it.
Blessings,

It’s a choir of color. Many different “voices” create a masterpiece.
