I took a long walk through three neighborhoods… One near to us, one on the edge of downtown, and one half way back to our house.

“Whose place is this anyway?” Does any critter occupy it, even temporarily?

“Here I am! Take a picture of me! I’m the most beautiful rose on the block…”

Some things just show the heart of a neighborhood…
Much of the food comes from a community garden next door.

A small patch of quiet serenity…

Dancing to the music!
“Hey you guys… Stay out of the street!”

I was a little beat as I finished my walk, but the expressions of sheer humanity made my day…
